Optimization and Application of Air Extraction Renovation Technology for Return Water Chamber of DC Circulating Condenser
Both Unit#1 and Unit#2 of a certain power plant adopt an open circulating cooling water system with a single DC water supply.Under normal operation of the unit,air frequently enters the return water chamber of the condenser,causing a decrease in the siphon height of the circulating cooling water,resulting in a decrease in unit vacuum,and even causing damage to the siphon of the return water system of the condenser's circulating cooling water.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reasons for frequent air intake in the return water chamber of a condenser,and proposes and implements an efficient separation and fully automatic control air extraction renovation plan by comparing different types of condenser return water chamber renovation plans,effectively solving the problem of frequent air intake in the condenser return water chamber.
