Design and Application of Mine Intelligent Ventilation System
To improve the automation control level of traditional ventilation facilities in mines and enhance disaster resistance and reduction capabilities, intelligent design of ventilation systems is carried out.Firstly, based on the fieldbus CNA technology, remote automation control of ventilation facilities and structures above and below the mine is achieved using Ethernet. Then, various sensors are used to collect ventilation parameter information and perform data analysis and processing. Finally, functional modules such as operation execution, danger alarm, and redundancy design are set up to achieve independent operation and operation of each module. After the improved ventilation system was put into use,the annual electricity bill was reduced by 5.72 million yuan, and the labor cost was reduced by 438 000 yuan, which has significant economic benefits.
