Optimization of Parameters of Tobacco Stem Screening Cylinder in the Process of Tobacco Stem Pretreatment
To solve the problem of low pass rate of stem screening during tobacco stem pretreatment,the drum screening machine has been optimized and improved.By improving the mesh size of the sieve plate,the number of stir frying plates in the cylinder,the drum speed,and drum parameters,the separation effect between normal tobacco stems and stems was improved.The stem and stem content in the finished stems was reduced from 15%to 4%,providing qualified tobacco stems with excellent quality and strong processing resistance for subsequent sections,and improving the process quality of stem silk.
