摘要
某航空发动机工作过程中出现Ng转速异常波动,采用故障树分析方法对此异常故障进行分析,对底事件进行逐一排查,确定导致Ng转速异常波动的原因,并制定相应措施,可以防止此类故障再次发生,进而提高发动机的工作稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
During the operation of an aircraft engine,there was an abnormal fluctuation in Ng speed.This paper uses the fault tree analysis method of quality tools to analyze this abnormal fault,investigate the underlying events one by one,determine the cause of the abnormal fluctuation in Ng speed,and formulate corresponding measures to prevent such faults from happening again,which can improve the stability and reliability of engine operation.
