摘要

某发动机因泵调节器问题导致异常停车.针对该故障,阐述泵调节器的功能原理、故障发生前后的发参判读结论、故障排查方法,建立故障树,逐个排查底事件,最终确定发动机异常停车故障原因为泵调节器节流嘴异常堵塞,随后制定针对性的改进措施,对泵调节器进行升级改进,避免同类故障再次发生.

Abstract

A certain engine stopped abnormally due to a problem with the pump regulator.In response to this fault,this paper elaborates on the functional principle of the pump regulator,the diagnostic conclusions before and after the fault occurred,and the troubleshooting methods.A fault tree is established to investigate the underlying events one by one,and it is determined that the cause of the engine's abnormal stop fault is the abnormal blockage of the throttle nozzle of the pump regulator.Then,targeted improvement measures are formulated to upgrade and improve the pump regulator to avoid similar faults from happening again.
