摘要
针对铁路集装箱运量激增问题,设计了一套车列集装箱状态智能巡检系统.该系统利用视觉摄像机和图像识别算法,采用在门吊吊具下吊装巡检门闸的方式,巡检车列集装箱在吊装后的状态,以智能判断集装箱在车列上的状态.该系统提升了巡检作业效率,降低了巡检作业强度,避免了人为巡检差错,有效保障了铁路运输安全.
Abstract
In response to the problem of the rapid increase in railway container transportation volume,a set of intelligent inspection system for the status of train containers was designed.The system utilizes visual cameras and image recognition algorithms to inspect the status of the container on the train after lifting by lifting the inspection gate under the gantry crane,in order to intelligently determine the status of the container on the train.This system improves the efficiency of inspection work,reduces the intensity of inspection work,avoids human inspection errors,and effectively ensures the safety of railway transportation.
