考虑多指标融合的供配电系统电能质量自动评估研究

供配电系统电能质量的评估方法大多针对单个指标进行评估,导致评估结果与实际状况相差较大.为此,提出考虑多指标融合的供配电系统电能质量自动评估方法.该方法处理了供配电系统电能质量评估指标,使其数据标准化,以消除不同量纲之间的影响;同时,该方法通过主成分分析对原始数据降维,提取反映数据主要特征的主成分,结合主成分分析的结果计算各指标的客观权重,根据指标权重和通过阈值自动评估电能质量.结果表明,该方法综合考虑了各指标最大值造成的影响,能较精准地评估供配电系统的电能质量,效果较好.
Research on Automatic Evaluation of Power Quality in Power Supply and Distribution Systems Considering Multi-Indicator Fusion
The evaluation methods for power quality in power supply and distribution systems often focus on individual indicators,resulting in significant discrepancies between the evaluation results and the actual situation.To this end,a method for automatic evaluation of power quality in power supply and distribution systems considering multi index fusion is proposed.This method processes the evaluation indicators of power quality in power supply and distribution systems,standardizes their data,and eliminates the influence between different dimensions.At the same time,this method reduces the dimensionality of the original data through principal component analysis,extracts principal components that reflect the main characteristics of the data,calculates the objective weights of each indicator based on the results of principal component analysis,and automatically evaluates power quality based on indicator weights and thresholds.The results show that this method comprehensively considers the impact of the maximum values of various indicators and can accurately evaluate the power quality of the power supply and distribution system,with good results.
