Automatic Monitoring Method of Secondary Equipment Operation Status in New Energy Power Engineering Based on Digital Twin
The traditional operation status monitoring of secondary equipment mainly relies on regular inspection,manual recording and other means,it is not only inefficient but also difficult to guarantee the accuracy of monitoring data.Therefore,the automatic monitoring method of secondary equipment of new energy power engineering based on digital twin is proposed.Acquisition and pretreatment of new energy power engineering secondary equipment temperature,voltage,current,based on the data to build a secondary equipment digital twin,virtual mapping of equipment,through the real-time simulation of the digital twin update to achieve secondary equipment running status automatic monitoring purpose.The results show that the maximum deviation between the operating temperature monitoring data of the secondary equipment and the actual data under the design method is only 0.7℃,which meets the requirements of high-precision monitoring of the operation status of the secondary equipment in the new energy power engineering.
