摘要
有效利用煤层气可以降低空气污染,缓解温室效应,满足人们对能源的需求.目前,低浓度煤层气变压吸附提纯技术在自动化与实时监控等方面仍存在不足.为此,基于西门子S7-1500 PLC构建低浓度煤层气多级变压吸附控制系统.应用Tia Portal V17软件进行程序设计与组态模拟,通过S7-PLCSIM和Mcgspro实现仿真与实时监控.通过不断地对系统进行仿真调试,以确保系统能够满足工业实际需求,同时增强了设备的逻辑性与顺序性.
Abstract
Effectively utilizing coalbed methane can reduce air pollution,alleviate greenhouse effect,and meet people's energy needs.At present,there are still shortcomings in the automation and real-time monitoring of low concentration coalbed methane pressure swing adsorption purification technology.To this end,a low concentration coalbed methane multi-stage pressure swing adsorption control system is constructed based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC.Use Tia Portal V17 software for program design and configuration simulation,and achieve simulation and real-time monitoring through S7-PLCSIM and McGspro.By continuously simulating and debugging the system,it is ensured that it can meet the actual industrial needs,while enhancing the logical and sequential nature of the equipment.
