摘要
针对船厂无人化智能化的需求,搭建一个通用智能机器人应用平台并进行仿真研究.通过Robot Studio和其他建模、编程、通信软件的配合,打通PLC到智能机器人的通信和控制,模拟该平台在一条船厂焊接生产线上的生产控制方式,展示该平台的编程思路和仿真结果.仿真结果实现了从人机交互到机器人完成焊接工作的全部流程,复现了该产线全生产周期的工作状态,为船厂未来智能化发展提供了一种新思路.
Abstract
In view of the needs of unmanned intelligence in shipyards,a general intelligent robot application platform is built and a certain simulation research is carried out.Through the cooperation of Robot Studio and other modeling,programming and communication software,the communication and control from PLC to intelligent robots are opened,the production control mode of the platform on a shipyard welding production line is simulated,and the programming ideas and simulation results of the platform are displayed.The simulation results have achieved the entire process from human-computer interaction to robot completion of welding work,reproducing the working status of the entire production cycle of the production line,and providing a new idea for the future intelligent development of shipyards.
