Application of AFC in Flue Gas Desulfurization of Garbage Incineration Power Plants
Due to the complex composition of garbage and seasonal fluctuations in garbage collection and transportation volume, the determination of pollutant outlet values for existing garbage incineration plants mainly relies on the experience of operating personnel, resulting in operational difficulties and significant uncertainty in regulation.A dynamic adjustment model is established for the deacidification tower, based on the monthly allocation of SO2 emissions, predicted garbage inflow, and current operating parameters, and it dynamically adjusts the outlet SO2 concentration setting parameters in the PID control logic of the deacidification tower to achieve control of total emissions and increase the economic benefits of the deacidification tower. This model establishes temperature excess coefficient zoning to control the amount of lime slurry, saving 32 941 L/h of lime slurry. The consumption of lime slurry corresponding to one ton of steam is reduced by 4.31 L/t compared to normal operation, saving 7.46%of lime and increasing the deacidification efficiency by about 1.48%.
