基于PWM软开关技术的智能充电机的设计与实现

针对由工频变压器和整流电路组成的传统充电机存在体积大、不便运输、可靠性差等缺陷,采用无工频变压器开关电源技术,按照蓄电池充电特性曲线特点,采用恒流-恒压(CC-CV)充电法,进行系统方案及主电路设计,并使用整流—Buck降压斩波模式和PWM软开关技术控制充电机电路.实验表明,与工频型充电机相比,该方法能显著延长蓄电池使用寿命.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Charger Based on PWM Soft Switching Technology
Aiming at the defects such as large volume,inconvenient transportation and poor reliability of the traditional charger composed of frequency transformer and rectifier circuit,it adopts the switching power supply technology without frequency transformer,adopts the constant current-constant voltage(CC-CV)charging method according to the characteristics of the battery charging characteristic curve,carries out the system scheme and the main circuit design and uses the rectifier—Buck step-down chopping mode and PWM soft switching technology to control the charger circuit.Experiments show that this method can significantly extend the service life of the battery compared with the industrial frequency type charger.
