摘要

针对现有监测方法在对配电设备后备电源运行状态监测时,存在监测数据与实际相差较大,影响监测精度的问题,引入三次谐波,开展对配电设备后备电源运行状态在线监测方法的设计研究.结合三次谐波理论,测量配电设备后备电源阻抗;在后备电源运行过程中,在线监测电源运行状态,判定其状态是否为均充状态、浮充状态、放电状态中的一种,对于不属于上述3种状态的情况,及时告警.通过对比实验证明,新的监测方法在实际应用中得到的监测数据与实际相符,可以根据监测数据准确绘制出后备电源运行中充电功率的变化曲线,为后备电源的运维管理提供可靠条件.

Abstract

In view of the existing monitoring methods in monitoring the operation status of backup power supply of power distribution equipment,there is a big difference between the monitoring data and the actual situation,which affects the monitoring accuracy,the third harmonic is introduced to carry out the design and research of the online monitoring method of backup power supply of power distribution equipment.Combined with the third harmonic theory,measure the impedance of backup power supply of distribution equipment.During the operation of backup power supply,monitor the running state of power supply online to determine whether the state is one of equal charging state,floating charging state and discharge state,and timely alarm the cases that do not belong to the above three states.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the monitoring data obtained by the new monitoring method is consistent with the actual application,and the change curve of the charging power in the operation of the backup power supply can be accurately drawn according to the monitoring data,providing reliable conditions for the operation and maintenance management of the backup power supply.
