摘要

针对W3303综采工作面Xw41陷落柱和Xw44陷落柱面临的技术难题,在对工作面陷落柱采取不同方式探查的基础上,进一步探究对陷落柱的注浆处理措施.结果表明,Xw41陷落柱和Xw44陷落柱为弱富水、不导水陷落柱;Xw41陷落柱和Xw44陷落柱底板隔水层为相对安全区;注浆结束标准为注浆压力达10 MPa,持续30 min以上,实现了陷落柱的有效改造加固.

Abstract

In response to the technical difficulties faced by the Xw41 and Xw44 collapse columns in the W3303 fully mechanized mining face,based on different methods of exploration of the collapse columns in the working face,further exploration is conducted on the grouting treatment measures for the collapse columns.The results indicate that the Xw41 and Xw44 collapse columns are weakly water rich and non conducting collapse columns.The bottom waterproof layer of Xw41 collapse column and Xw44 collapse column is a relatively safe zone.The standard grouting pressure for grouting completion is 10 MPa,which lasts for more than 30 min,achieving effective transformation and reinforcement of the collapsed column.
