Research on Mechanized Support System for Coal Mine Comprehensive Excavation
In the process of utilizing the longwall system to mine coal,the roadway boring operation can provide good operating conditions for the implementation of the mining project,so that the mining equipment has enough safe and convenient operating space and environment.By mechanization of mining engineering(excavation,loading,and installation of supports),the time for tunnel excavation can be shortened,which will significantly reduce the time and cost of implementing these facilities.At present,the excavation operation has basically achieved mechanization,but the problem of setting up steel arch support and even anchoring support is still difficult to effectively solve.To solve this problem,temporary mechanized tunnel support and modular installation and transportation assembly are proposed.This bracket,together with other components of the working face equipment,constitutes the mechanized support system in excavation operations.The fixed bracket is installed behind the excavator and can achieve continuous cutting and loading.
