Automatic Collision Warning Method for Cutting Drum of Coal Mining Machine Based on Fiber Optic Sensing
In response to the problem that existing warning methods cannot meet collision prevention requirements, fiber optic sensing is introduced to carry out research on the design of automatic collision prevention warning methods for coal mining machine cutting drums. This method first uses fiber optic sensing to collect signals, converts the optical signals into electrical signals, and then combines warning indicators such as vibration energy and frequency distribution to construct an anti-collision warning model for the cutting drum of the coal mining machine. Finally, the anti-collision logic of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine is designed, and an adaptive automatic warning is achieved through the construction of an ARIMA model.Experimental results have shown that the application of design warning methods can effectively avoid collisions between the cutting drum of coal mining machines and improve the safety of their operation and use.
