Analysis of Construction Supervision Plan for Safety Reinforcement Project of Youth Gate Opening and Closing Machine Room
Youth Gate is located in the territory of Gaohuang,Panji District,Huainan City,the main task of the project is flood control and drainage.The safety reinforcement project of the opening and closing machine room of Youth Gate includes dismantling the old gate opening and closing machine room and closing platform,raising the opening and closing platform,and building a new opening and closing machine room.Only in the process of engineering construction to establish a scientific and reasonable supervision plan and scheme,in order to ensure the construction quality of the project.Based on this,this paper takes the Youth Gate opening and closing machine room reinforcement project as an example,studies the construction supervision organization,supervision work method and supervision system of the project,and analyzes the key points of supervision such as the division of supervision stages,progress control,quality control,investment control and safety supervision,so as to ensure the construction quality of the project and provide a reference for the construction of the project.
