采煤机连接架疲劳寿命分析与改进

以MG500/1180型采煤机连接架为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench仿真分析软件开展了连接架疲劳寿命分析.结果表明,连接架煤壁侧连接耳板处疲劳寿命最低,为4.975e+04,对应的疲劳损伤数值为2.086e-5.然后,通过将煤壁侧肋板厚度由227 mm增加至245 mm、采空侧肋板厚度由156 mm增加至158 mm的方法完成了连接架改进设计.与改进前相比,连接架疲劳寿命提高了1.386e+5,疲劳损伤降低了1.555e-5,工作寿命由295天延长至1 162天.
Fatigue Life Analysis and Improvement of Shearer Connecting Frame
Taking MG500/1180 shearer connection frame as the research object,the fatigue life analysis of the connection frame is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis software.The result shows that the fatigue life of the connecting ear plate on the coal wall side of the connection frame is the lowest,and the fatigue life is 4.975e+04,and the corresponding fatigue damage value is 2.086e-5.After that,the improved design of the connection frame is completed by increasing the thickness of the coal side floor from 227 mm to 245 mm and the thickness of the mining side floor from 156 mm to 158 mm.Compared with the previous improvement,the fatigue life of the connection frame has increased by 1.386e+5 and the fatigue damage has decreased by 1.555e-5.The working life has been increased from 295 days to 1 162 days.
