Research on Landing Gear Design and Assembly Method for Elementary Education Aircraft Based on AR Technology
In response to the problems of long design cycles and cumbersome processes in traditional landing gear design,augmented reality(AR)technology is adopted to design and assemble aircraft landing gear.Firstly,extract the landing gear parameters of a certain type of novice aircraft,take into account the size error of the landing gear,introduce the least squares positioning algorithm to optimize the error,and thus construct a landing gear design model.Secondly,construct a virtual assembly scene for aircraft landing gear based on modeling parameters,and complete assembly and maintenance.Finally,conduct simulation testing of the aircraft landing gear torsion arm.In the comparison of torque arm acceleration curves,compared with before optimization,the stability of the optimized front torque arm has been improved by 28.65%.In the comparison of the kinetic energy curves of the torsion arms,the optimized kinetic energy of both the upper and lower torsion arms decreased significantly,with the optimized kinetic energy of the upper torsion arm reduced by 5.65%.In the force analysis of the central axis rotation pair marking point,the optimized force at this point decreased to-42.6 N,ensuring the safety of the aircraft landing gear.The research content will provide certain technical references for the development and maintenance of aircraft landing gear.
