摘要
针对二次曲线零件的加工难点,结合葫芦零件工艺结构,编制其宏程序,并进行刀轨模拟检验,总结出宏编程的一般思路和方法,为企业中数控车加工其他非圆曲线提供了有益的参考.
Abstract
In response to the machining difficulties of quadratic curve parts,combined with the process structure of gourd parts,a macro program was developed and tool path simulation testing was carried out.The general ideas and methods of macro programming were summarized,providing useful references for CNC machining of other non circular curves in enterprises.
