主要介绍了基于Vue.js框架的柔性生产线MES系统的设计与实现.该MES系统利用SQL Server数据库进行数据存储,采用MQTT通信协议进行设备之间的通信,同时实现S7协议数据的采集,旨在提高生产线的柔性化和智能化,以应对制造业的需求变化和面临的挑战.首先,介绍了柔性生产线的概念以及在制造业中的重要性,分析了常见MES系统的局限性和不足.然后,阐述了Vue.js框架的系统设计特点,包括响应式设计、组件化开发、可视化管理等.最后,通过实际案例展示该系统在柔性生产线中的应用,以及该系统的灵活性、可扩展性和用户体验,为生产线的管理和优化提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of a flexible production line MES system based on the Vue.js framework.The MES system utilizes SQL Server database for data storage,adopts MQTT communication protocol for communication between devices,and implements S7 protocol data collection,aiming to improve the flexibility and intelligence of production lines to meet the changing demands and challenges faced by the manufacturing industry.Firstly,the concept of flexible production lines and their importance in manufacturing were introduced,and the limitations and shortcomings of common MES systems were analyzed.Then,the system design characteristics of Vue.js framework were elaborated,including responsive design,component-based development,visual management,etc.Finally,the application of the system in flexible production lines,as well as its flexibility,scalability,and user experience,were demonstrated through practical cases,providing new ideas and methods for the management and optimization of production lines.
