为提高效率、节约成本,介绍了一种西门子S7-200smart与三菱F700变频器进行Modbus RTU协议通信的方法.Modbus RTU通信无需占用I/O点数,接线也较简单.经过硬件的连接、通信网络的设置、数据读写的实现、主站程序的编写等步骤,建立主站与从站之间的通信网络.经测试,S7-200smart能控制F700变频器的启停和频率,达到了控制水泵流量的目的.
Modbus RTU Communication Control Example Between S7-200smart and Mitsubishi F700 Inverter
In order to improve efficiency and save costs,a method of Modbus RTU protocol communication between Siemens S7-200smart and Mitsubishi F700 inverter is introduced.Modbus RTU communication does not need to occupy I/O points,and the wiring is also relatively simple.After the steps of hardware connection,communication network setting,data reading and writing,master station programming,the communication network between the master station and the slave station is established.After testing,S7-200smart can control the start,stop and frequency of the F700 inverter,achieving the purpose of controlling the flow of the water pump.
