摘要
我国大型加工制造企业的生产过程自动化、数字化已实现了广泛的覆盖,但面向中小型企业自动化、数字化还存在短板,特别是生产制造智能化水平还比较低.针对中小型加工制造企业常见的加工单元与MES系统的架构与设计问题,首先介绍了常见的加工单元硬件设备构成、设备架构与网络拓扑结构,其次论述了MES系统实现自动化生产中的加工生产排程问题,并提出了基于优先级的MES系统生产排程方案,最后针对通过MES系统实现智能化加工单元的生产质量管控问题,提出了对制造过程能力指数预测的方案,对比了在MES系统中部署线性回归模型和多层感知机模型的差别,并展示了多层感知机模型在中长期制造过程能力指数预测上的优势.
Abstract
The automation and digitization of production processes in large processing and manufacturing enterprises in China have achieved extensive coverage,but there are still shortcomings in automation and digitization for small and medium-sized enterprises,especially in the level of intelligent production and manufacturing,which is relatively low.Regarding the architecture and design issues of common processing units and MES systems in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,this article first introduces the hardware equipment composition,equipment architecture,and network topology of common processing units.Secondly,it discusses the processing production scheduling problem in MES system implementation of automated production,and proposes a priority based MES system production scheduling scheme.Finally,in response to the production quality control problem of intelligent processing units through MES system,a prediction scheme for manufacturing process capability index is proposed.The differences between deploying linear regression model and multi-layer perceptron model in MES system are compared,and the advantages of multi-layer perceptron model in medium and long-term manufacturing process capability index prediction are demonstrated.
