针对传统图书整理方法效率低下且复杂,尤其是传统图书整理设备采用CCD巡线存在局限性等问题,设计了一款智能图书自主收纳车.该收纳车集成了ROS操作系统、Movebase导航框架以及YOLOv3目标检测等技术,具备识别书架空位的能力,且其能按照分类摆放图书,以实现自动化的图书收纳放置服务.经现场实际测试,证明了该收纳车在图书馆、家庭书架等场景中具有实用性和高效性.该研究为改善图书整理方法、提升图书整理设备性能提供了可行的技术方案,对图书管理和智能化图书整理具有积极的实际意义.
Design of Smart Book Self Storage Car
In response to the inefficient and complex traditional book sorting methods,especially the limitations of traditional book sorting equipment using CCD line scanning,an intelligent book self storage car has been designed.This storage car integrates ROS operating system,Movebase navigation framework,and YOLOv3 object detection technology,with the ability to identify empty shelves and place books by category to achieve automated book storage and placement services.Through on-site testing,it has been demonstrated that the storage vehicle is practical and efficient in scenarios such as libraries and home bookshelves.This study provides feasible technical solutions for improving book sorting methods and enhancing the performance of book sorting equipment,which has positive practical significance for book management and intelligent book sorting.
