摘要
基于数字化车间的技术特点,设计了一套连杆连续自动上料系统.该系统有效弥补了传统上料方式存在的不足,通过自动导向车(AGV)、桁架伺服机械手、机器视觉和协作机器人的协同配合,实现了连杆的自动输送、转运、视觉定位及自动抓取.
Abstract
Based on the technical characteristics of digital workshop,a set of connecting rod continuous automatic feeding system is designed in this paper.The system effectively solves the shortcomings of the traditional feeding method,and realizes the automatic conveying,transferring,visual positioning and automatic grasping of the connecting rod through the cooperation of automated guided vehicle(AGV),truss servo manipulator,machine vision and cooperative robot.
