摘要

输送机是煤矿井下重要的开采设备.输送带作为输送机的关键部件,破损后若不及时采取措施,整个输送带将被完全撕裂,造成严重的经济损失.为此,基于煤矿智能巡检机器人收集的视频录像,使用Canny边缘检测算法对视频录像进行逐帧分析,进而分析输送带边缘的损坏情况,基于提出的输送机载荷和输送带跑偏载荷检测方法,分析输送带损坏的影响因素.研究成果可为煤矿输送带损坏检测提供新的方法,有效降低煤矿的生产和维修成本.

Abstract

The conveyor is an important mining equipment in coal mines,as a key component of the conveyor,if measures are not taken in a timely manner after damage,the entire conveyor belt will be completely torn,causing serious economic losses.To this end,based on the video recordings collected by the intelligent inspection robot in coal mines,the Canny edge detection algorithm is used to analyze the video recordings frame by frame,and then analyze the damage situation of the conveyor belt edge.Based on the proposed conveyor load and conveyor belt deviation load detection method,the influencing factors of conveyor belt damage are analyzed.The research results can provide a new method for detecting damage to coal mine conveyor belts,effectively reducing the production and maintenance costs of coal mines.
