摘要
针对煤炭综采工作面生产安全问题,提出了一种自动控制系统设计方案.该系统基于工业以太网和PLC控制技术,通过实时监测和控制综采工作面的关键参数,实现了工作面生产过程的智能化管理.系统采用模块化设计,具有结构简单、可靠性高、可扩展性强等优点,能够满足煤炭综采工作面的实际需求.
Abstract
Addressing the production safety issues in coal fully-mechanized mining faces,this paper proposes an automatic control system design scheme.The system,based on industrial Ethernet and PLC control technology,achieves intelligent management of the mining face production process by real-time monitoring and controlling key parameters of the fully-mechanized mining face.The modular design of the system offers advantages such as simple structure,high reliability,and strong scalability,meeting the practical needs of coal fully-mechanized mining faces.
