摘要

以六部十层电梯为研究对象,采用S7-1200 PLC,利用博途V18运行电梯仿真系统(EET PRO).主要阐述了电梯群控系统的方案设计、设计系统的控制流程图,使用WinCC Advanced完成不同环境下的监控组态.结果表明,该系统能很好地监视电梯的运行状态,通过人机界面的结合,实现了电梯运行状态的直观展示和控制操作的智能化,有效降低了电梯故障率,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性.

Abstract

Taking six-part ten-storey elevators as the research object,S7-1200 PLC is used,and the elevator simulation system(EET PRO)is operated using the Boruto V18.This paper mainly elaborates on the scheme design of the elevator group control system,the control flowchart of the design system,and the use of WinCC Advanced to complete monitoring configuration in different environments.The results show that the system can effectively monitor the operation status of elevators.Through the combination of human-machine interface,it realizes the intuitive display of elevator operation status and intelligent control operation,effectively reducing the elevator failure rate and improving the stability and reliability of the system.
