摘要

针对目前煤矿钻机控制系统集成度较低、自动化水平不高的问题,研究了远程液压控制技术,提出了一种基于CAN总线的矿井钻机远程电气控制系统设计方案.该系统采用微控制器及智能传感器技术改造传统钻机控制系统,通过机载主控台及远程控制台联合控制模式实现对钻机执行机构的远程化人机分离控制,同时可实时监测钻机运行状态,有效提高钻机钻进效率,实现煤矿钻机装备的自动化控制.

Abstract

In response to the low integration and low automation level of the current coal mine drilling rig control system,remote hydraulic control technology was studied,and a design scheme for a remote electrical control system for mine drilling rigs based on CAN bus was proposed.The system adopts microcontroller and intelligent sensor technology to transform the traditional drilling rig control system.Through the joint control mode of the onboard main control console and remote control console,remote human-machine separation control of the drilling rig execution mechanism is achieved.At the same time,the real-time monitoring of the drilling rig operation status can effectively improve the drilling efficiency of the drilling rig and realize the automation control of coal mine drilling rig equipment.
