换热站自控系统会因站内循环泵、补水泵的数量及分布式循环泵、流量计、热量计等设备的设置情况而存在较大差异,给设计和调试工作带来了不便.为了解决因换热站设备的配置不同而修改图纸、PLC程序、触摸屏画面等的问题,提出了换热站控制系统模块化设计的解决方案,分析了方案的实现过程.实际应用表明,模块化设计的换热站控制系统高效实用,在控制柜设计、制作及现场调试方面提高了效率.
Analysis and Application of Modular Design for Automatic Control System of Heat Exchange Station
The automatic control system of the heat exchange station may have significant differences due to the number of circulating pumps and make-up pumps in the station,as well as the setting of distributed circulating pumps,flow meters,heat meters and other equipment,which brings inconvenience to the design and commissioning work.In order to solve the problem of modifying drawings,PLC programs,touch screen screens,etc.due to different configurations of heat exchange station equipment,a modular design solution for the control system of the heat exchange station is proposed,and the implementation process of the solution is analyzed.Practical applications have shown that the modular design of the heat exchange station control system is efficient and practical,improving efficiency in the design,production,and on-site debugging of control cabinets.
