Research and Application of Tuning Device Based on PID Algorithm
Calibration is a necessary operation to ensure that methane sensors can correctly monitor the environmental gases in coal mines.This paper mainly studies how to quickly and efficiently calibrate sensors,focusing on the automation control transformation of manual flow meters in traditional sensor calibration devices,and achieving precise control of input sensor gas flow rate through PID control algorithm.After practical application in the mine of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,this device has made the calibration operation simple and efficient,and the calibration curve compliant and accurate.In addition,according to the actual management of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,optimization applications have been made in remote control operation,sensor status analysis,and other aspects,greatly improving the effectiveness of on-site sensor calibration.
