循环流化床(CFB)锅炉因其燃烧适应好、燃烧效率高、负荷调节范围广、燃烧污染物排放量低等优点而被广泛应用.但由于循环流化床锅炉非线性、强耦合和大滞后严重,常规PID控制很难实现高效稳定的控制.针对循环流化床锅炉控制的复杂性,引入模型预测先进控制技术,基于ARX模型与FIR模型,通过多变量控制矩阵模型实时对循环流化床锅炉状态进行动态预测和优化控制.经验证,该技术提高了装置的运行稳定性及锅炉的平均燃烧效率,使单位煤高压蒸汽产出率提升了0.6%,节约了能源消耗,减少了CO2的排放.
Application of Advanced Proless Control Technology for 480 t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Based on Model Predictive Control
Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler is widely used because of its advantages of good combustion adaptation,high combustion efficiency,wide range of load regulation and low emission of combustion pollutants.However,due to the nonlinear,strong coupling and large hysteresis of CFB boilers,it is difficult to achieve efficient and stable control with conventional PID control.In view of the complexity of CFB boiler control,the advanced control technology of model prediction is introduced.Based on ARX model and FIR model,the status of CFB boiler is dynamically predicted and optimized by multi-variable control matrix model.Through verification,this technology has improved the operational stability of the device and the average combustion efficiency of the boiler,resulting in a 0.6%increase in the production rate of high-pressure steam per unit of coal,saving energy consumption and reducing CO2 emissions.
