基于DCS的氧化挥发器温度控制方法设计与应用

针对传统氧化挥发器电加热系统控制对象多、设备复杂的问题,优化改进了氧化挥发器加热方式.采用闭式负反馈控制方法,基于DCS控制系统实时调节电感加热器加热功率,实现了氧化挥发器内部温度的控制.通过在相关试验台架的试验,验证了该加热方式和控制方法的可行性,为后续工程的应用提供了一定的参考依据.
Design and Application of Temperature Control Method for Oxidation Evaporator Based on DCS
In response to the problems of multiple control objects and complex equipment in traditional electric heating systems for oxidation evaporator,the heating method of oxidation evaporator has been optimized and improved.The closed negative feedback control method is adopted,and the heating power of the inductor heater is adjusted in real time based on the DCS control system,achieving temperature control inside the oxidation evaporator.The feasibility of the heating method and control method has been verified through experiments on relevant test benches,providing a certain reference for the application of subsequent projects.
