摘要

随着智能化、无人化时代的到来,智能可移动机器人被越来越多的家庭选择,并用于家务处理.而防撞系统的设计对智能可移动机器人至关重要.以激光测距技术为基础,结合单片机原理设计、电路CAD画图技术、C语言编程等技术,设计了一种空间体积小、精度适用的防撞系统.该系统有效防撞范围在1 m内,其在正常情况下,1 m内的实时测距精度为±10.51 mm,通过滤波处理后,1 m内的测距精度为±7.17 mm.

Abstract

With the advent of the intelligent and unmanned era,intelligent mobile robots are increasingly being chosen by households and used for household chores.The design of collision avoidance systems is crucial for intelligent mobile robots.Based on laser ranging technology,combined with microcontroller principle design,circuit CAD drawing technology,C language programming and other technologies,a collision avoidance system with small spatial volume and applicable accuracy has been designed.The effective collision avoidance range of the system is within 1 meter,and its real-time ranging accuracy within 1 meter under normal conditions is±10.51 mm.After filtering,the ranging accuracy within 1 meter is±7.17 mm.
