结合京秦热电#1号机组脱硝精细化喷氨控制系统改造及试验参数对比,优化改造了多点原位式在线同测技术的脱硝精细化喷氨控制系统,并在350 MW超临界机直流锅炉机组中进行了实践性探索,得出了试验详细参数及结论,圆满地解决了脱硝喷氨过量及喷氨不均匀的问题.
Research and Application of Fine Denitrification and Ammonia Injection Control System for 350 MW Supercritical DC Boiler
Based on the transformation and experimental parameter comparison of the denitrification fine ammonia injection control system for Unit 1 of Jingqin Thermal Power Plant,the optimization and transformation of the multi-point in-situ online simultaneous measurement technology for denitrification fine ammonia injection control system were carried out,and practical exploration was carried out in 350 MW supercritical once through boiler unit.Detailed experimental parameters and conclusions were obtained,and the problems of excessive and uneven denitrification ammonia injection were successfully solved.
