摘要

为实现区域电网负荷与发电的平衡,确保连续性供电,自动发电控制(AGC)技术被广泛应用.基于高比例新能源电网AGC技术的应用现况,首先,总结出AGC相关控制目标;然后,围绕新能源交易系数、新能源中长期市场化交易、发电量灵敏度与能源调度问题对AGC技术在新能源交易中的使用情况进行分析与讨论;最后,展望自动发电控制技术领域的研究趋势,指明未来的研究方向.

Abstract

To achieve a balance between regional power grid load and power generation,and ensure continuous power supply,automatic generation control(AGC)technology is widely used.This paper is based on the current application status of AGC technology in high proportion new energy grids.Firstly,the relevant control objectives of AGC are summarized.Then,the use of AGC technology in new energy trading is analyzed and discussed around the new energy trading coefficient,medium-and long-term market-oriented trading of new energy,generation sensitivity,and energy scheduling issues.Finally,the research trends in the field of automatic power generation control technology are discussed,and future research directions are indicated.
