选煤振动弛张筛侧板加强筋布局优化设计研究

基于有限元法和拓扑优化法对CZS2560型振动弛张筛侧板结构加强筋的布置形式开展优化设计.简要介绍了振动弛张筛,通过有限元分析发现原侧板结构加强筋的布局不科学,导致局部位置出现了损伤和疲劳集中现象,不利于结构运行稳定性.根据拓扑优化结果重新设置加强筋,显著改善了侧板结构的静力学性能和损伤疲劳性能.将新的侧板结构应用到工程实践中,经过9个月的应用发现其效果良好.侧板结构的使用寿命由原来的6.2年延长至10年以上,为企业创造了很好的经济效益.
Research on Optimization Design of Reinforcement Reinforcement Layout for Side Plate of Coal Preparation Vibration Relaxation Screen
Based on the finite element method and topology optimization method,the layout of reinforcing ribs in the side plate structure of CZS2560 vibration relaxation screen was optimized and designed.A brief introduction is given to the vibration relaxation screen.Through finite element analysis,it is found that the layout of the reinforcing ribs in the original side plate structure is not scientific,resulting in damage and fatigue concentration in local positions,which is not conducive to the stability of the structural operation.Based on the topology optimization results,the reinforcement ribs were reset to significantly improve the static and damage fatigue performance of the side panel structure.The new side panel structure was applied to engineering practice,and after 9 months of use,it was found that the effect was good.The service life of the side panel structure has been increased from 6.2 years to over 10 years,creating good economic benefits for the enterprise.
