聚焦于新上海一号煤矿1816工作面中厚煤层开采的智能化需求,针对MG900/2320-WD型采煤机自动化与智能化水平的不足,提出并实施了一系列技术改造方案.通过对采煤机进行记忆截割、自动调高、运行工况与姿态检测、无线遥控操作、远程控制与故障诊断、瓦斯联动控制等功能的升级,显著提高了采煤机在复杂地质条件下的适应性和安全性.实际应用表明,改造后的采煤机的故障率下降80%.每班次工作效率得到实质提升的同时,所需人员减少了5名,有效降低了劳动强度,提高了安全生产水平.
Practical Research on the Automation and Intelligent Transformation of Coal Mining Shearers in Coal Mines
This paper focuses on the intelligentization needs of mining in the medium-thick coal seam of the No.1 coal mine in New Shanghai.In response to the deficiencies in the automation and intelligence level of the MG900/2320-WD coal mining machine,a series of technical transformation plans have been proposed and implemented.By upgrading the functions of memory cutting,automatic height adjustment,operating condition and posture detection,wireless remote control operation,remote control and fault diagnosis,and gas linkage control of the coal mining machine,the adaptability and safety of the machine under complex geological conditions have been significantly improved.Practical application has shown that the failure rate of the modified coal mining machine has decreased by 80%.While the work efficiency of each shift has been substantially improved,the required personnel have been reduced by 5,effectively reducing labor intensity,and improving the level of safety production.
