Research and Design of Intelligent Automatic Detection System for Belt Conveyor
In response to the current problems of small detection coverage and low intelligence level of coal mine belt conveyors,as well as incomplete monitoring and control functions,an intelligent belt conveyor automatic detection system was designed based on an expert control system,and the overall design scheme of the system was provided.Design and select hardware components for the main substation,sensing detection module,and sensor isolation circuit.The software part designs and implements the upper computer monitoring system,lower computer control program,and expert control system.The intelligent automatic detection system has been put into operation,which can monitor and grasp the operating status of the belt conveyor in real time,intelligently predict and identify the fault location and cause,realize remote monitoring and visual management of the belt conveyor,and bring good economic and social benefits to coal mines.
