摘要
传统防爆电气设备运行状态自动监测方法直接计算设备状态评价指标权重,而未对设备运行图像数据进行纯净化处理,导致传统方法的监测效果差.为此,提出基于光纤传感的防爆电气设备运行状态自动监测方法.将提取的设备运行图像数据进行纯净化处理,计算设备状态评价指标权重,最后基于光纤传感表面温度和相对温差实现设备状态监测.结果表明,该研究方法监测结果与实际结果的拟合度较高,监测效果更佳.
Abstract
The traditional automatic monitoring method for the operation status of explosion-proof electrical equipment directly calculates the weight of equipment status evaluation indicators,without purifying the equipment operation image data,resulting in poor monitoring effectiveness of traditional methods.Therefore,a method for automatic monitoring of the operating status of explosion-proof electrical equipment based on fiber optic sensing is proposed.Perform pure purification on the extracted device operation image data,calculate the weight of device status evaluation indicators,and finally achieve device status monitoring based on fiber optic sensing surface temperature and relative temperature difference.The results indicate that the research method has a high degree of fit between the monitoring results and the actual results,and the monitoring effect is better.
