Robotic Arm Operates an X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer to Test Automotive Restricted Substances
With the gradual increase in labor costs and the advancement of mechanical automation technology, more and more companies are abandoning the traditional method of manually replacing samples by experimenters for testing restricted substances in automobiles, and instead using robotic arms to replace manual use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers to test automotive components. However, the flexibility of the robotic arm test samples is still insufficient. To this end,a robotic arm is used to automate the operation of the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to test samples, simulate various situations that may occur during the testing process, and improve based on the problems that arise during the testing process.A suitable testing method is summarized to achieve the goal of replacing manual operation of the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with a robotic arm.
