摘要

瞬态磁场仿真分析可为电机的本体研究与设计提供参考依据.针对一款小型永磁无刷直流电机进行分析设计,根据理论公式计算了无刷直流电机定转子尺寸、定子槽形、绕组等,并使用Maxwell有限元仿真软件对设计方案进行了电机铁芯磁场分布、空载反电势、转矩、电机启动等内容的仿真分析,得到了符合要求的设计方案.

Abstract

Transient magnetic field simulation analysis can provide reference for the research and design of the motor body.A small permanent magnet brushless DC motor was analyzed and designed.Based on theoretical formulas,the dimensions of the stator and rotor,stator slot shape,winding,etc.of the brushless DC motor were calculated.The Maxwell finite element simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the magnetic field distribution of the motor core,no-load back force,torque,motor starting,and other aspects of the design scheme.A design scheme that meets the requirements was obtained.
