Research on the Practice and Strategy of Intelligent Mine Data Governance
This paper addresses the myriad challenges confronted by the coal industry in advancing the construction of intelligent mines, including inconsistent data standards, difficulties in integrating multi-source heterogeneous data, inadequate control over data quality, and lagging standard updates. It proposes a set of strategies and practical solutions for data governance in intelligent mines based on the EIP(Enterprise information portal)model.Through an analysis of the current situation, the study underscores the importance of establishing a unified, coordinated, and efficient data standards system aimed at enhancing data quality, accelerating data flow, and facilitating value extraction to support the digital transformation of the coal industry.A data standards framework is designed, encompassing uniqueness of data sources, structural standardization of data, and standardization of data attributes. The application of the EIP model achieves a unified data object model repository, overcoming the hurdle of data sharing and inter-system collaboration. Moreover, the proposed scheme incorporates a mechanism for data fusion, leveraging standardized interfaces and a data service bus to effectively integrate multi-source,heterogeneous data. This enables hierarchical and categorized management of data, thereby enhancing the timeliness and efficiency of data processing. This research offers practical guidance and a strategic framework for data governance in intelligent mines, facilitating safe and efficient mining operations.
