Research on Optimization of Fine Magnetic Tail Classification Desliming Process in Coal Preparation Plant
In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of coal slurry separation in a coal preparation plant,an optimization scheme for the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming process of a coal preparation plant is introduced as an example.The basic situation of the coal preparation plant and the problems existing in the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming system are proposed.Based on this,optimization design is carried out from two aspects:The classification and desliming process and equipment,to improve the performance of the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming system and the quality of coal slurry separation in the coal preparation plant.The results showed that the content of+0.25 mm particles in the feed of the classification cyclone increased by 43.99%,and the content of+0.25 mm particles in the overflow increased by 0.43%,the content of-0.25 mm particles in the bottom flow decreased by 20.16%,indicating a significant improvement in the quality of coal slurry separation and having certain application value.
