摘要

针对煤矿井下掘进工作面掘进效率低、智能化水平滞后的问题,提出了一套针对复杂地质条件下的智能掘进系统.该系统包括智能截割、智能运输以及远程管控3个子系统.在晋能控股忻州公司王家岭煤矿井下对该系统进行了工业性实验,结果表明,该系统有效提升了掘进工作面的掘进效率和智能化水平.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and lag of intelligent level,a set of intelligent tunneling system for complex geological conditions is proposed.The system includes three subsystems:intelligent cutting,intelligent transportation and remote control.The industrial experiment of the system was conducted underground in Wangjialing Coal Mine of Jinneng Holdings Xinzhou Company,and the results showed that the system effectively improved the excavation efficiency and intelligence level of the excavation face.
