摘要
为解决因KDF-5MF设备运行速度提升后而造成的设备运行效率下降以及机器稳定性降低的问题,采用单因素方差分析筛选出影响设备运行效率的关键设备参数,并采用正交试验法对参数进行优化.通过改进设备参数配比,可以有效提高设备的运行稳定性及生产效率.当SEF制动空气节流阀位置为45%、SEF滤嘴加速器超速为9%、SEF鼓负压为12 kPa时,设备的运行效率最高,由原有的82.46%提升至88.66%.经验证,该方法解决了因设备运行速度提升而带来的运行效率下降问题,提高了设备的运行稳定性,同时降低了因设备停机而出现产能不足、物料损耗、设备零部件损坏等的概率.
Abstract
To solve the problem of decreased equipment operating efficiency and machine stability caused by the increase in operating speed of KDF-5MF equipment,single factor analysis of variance was used to screen key equipment parameters that affect equipment operating efficiency,and orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the parameters.By improving the equipment parameter ratio,the operational stability and production efficiency of the equipment can be effectively enhanced.When the position of the SEF brake air throttle valve is 45%,the SEF filter accelerator overspeed is 9%,and the SEF drum negative pressure is 12 kPa,the operating efficiency of the equipment is the highest,increasing from the original 82.46%to 88.66%.After verification,this method solves the problem of decreased operating efficiency caused by the increase in equipment operating speed,improves the stability of equipment operation,and reduces the probability of insufficient production capacity,material loss,and damage to equipment components due to equipment shutdown.
