摘要
为减轻船体的总体质量,以我司的某型客滚船为例,选取在客滚船上层建筑区域被大量采用的薄板为研究对象,研究分析船体薄板的变形(特别是焊接变形).通过从下料、小组预制、分段建造、焊接变形、校正等工序的过程进行干预控制,改善了薄板因自身厚度原因在焊接过程中极易变形的情况.
Abstract
To reduce the overall weight of the ship,taking company's certain type of ro-ro passenger ship as an example,selected the thin plate widely used in the superstructure area of the ro-ro passenger ship as the research object,and studied and analyzed the deformation of the ship's thin plate(especially welding deformation).By intervening and controlling the processes of cutting,group prefabrication,segmented construction,welding deformation,and correction,the situation where thin plates are prone to deformation during welding due to their own thickness has been improved.
