常规的煤矿机电设备安全状态自动检测系统易受滑动滤波处理效果影响,导致在部分状态下运行易出现异常.因此,提出了一种基于光纤传感技术的煤矿机电设备安全状态自动检测系统.硬件部分设计了光纤传感器和光栅解调仪,软件部分进行煤矿机电设备安全状态检测数据中转及煤矿机电设备安全状态自动检测功能模块支持数据库设计,从而实现煤矿机电设备安全状态自动检测.结果表明,所设计的煤矿机电设备光纤传感安全状态自动检测系统在不同状态下均能有序运行,运行性能良好,且具有一定可靠性,应用价值较高,可为降低煤矿开采风险及煤矿机电设备的运行维护难度作出一定贡献.
Automatic Detection System for Safety Status of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment Based on Fiber Optic Sensing Technology
The conventional automatic detection system for the safety status of coal mine electromechanical equipment is easily affected by the sliding filter processing effect,resulting in abnormal operation in some states.Therefore,a coal mine electromechanical equipment safety status automatic detection system based on fiber optic sensing technology is proposed.The hardware part is designed with fiber optic sensors and grating demodulator,and the software part is used for data transfer of coal mine electromechanical equipment safety status detection and automatic detection of coal mine electromechanical equipment safety status.The module supports database design to achieve automatic detection of coal mine electromechanical equipment safety status.The results show that the designed fiber optic sensing safety status automatic detection system for coal mine electromechanical equipment can operate in an orderly manner under different states,with good performance and certain reliability.It has high application value and can contribute to reducing the risk of coal mining and the difficulty of operation and maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
