高压水力割缝抽采技术在瓦斯治理中的应用及消突效果分析

针对煤矿深部开采存在瓦斯压力大、煤层透气性差的问题,提出采用高压水力割缝隙技术来防治煤与瓦斯突出.通过分析不同抽采负压、钻孔间距对消突范围的影响规律,得到最佳抽采负压为-30 kPa,钻孔布置间距小于或等于8 m,并在此基础上,从残余瓦斯压力和含量分析消突应用效果.研究发现,割裂孔布置间距为7 m时可满足防突要求,且割裂后抽采间距大幅延长,减少了抽采采空的施工量,同时降低了经济投入.
Application of High-Pressure Hydraulic Slotted Extraction Technology in Gas Control and Analysis of Outburst Control Effect
In response to the problem of high gas pressure and poor coal seam permeability in deep mining of coal mines,high-pressure hydraulic cutting technology is proposed to prevent coal and gas outbursts.By analyzing the influence of different extraction negative pressures and drilling spacing on the range of outburst suppression,the optimal extraction negative pressure is-30 kPa,and the drilling spacing is less than or equal to 8 m.Based on this,the application effect of outburst suppression is analyzed from the residual gas pressure and content.Research has found that when the spacing between the cut holes is 7 m,it can meet the requirements for preventing outbursts,and after cutting,the extraction spacing is greatly extended,reducing the amount of construction work required for extraction and lowering economic investment.
