With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the national requirements for pollutant emissions in the steel industry are becoming higher and higher,aiming to explore the application of metal filter elements in cold rolling dry dust removal.Cold rolling mills generate a large amount of dust during the production process,therefore,dry dust removal and purification facilities need to be installed.Both traditional bag dry dust removal and plastic fired board dust removal have certain problems,such as easy bag sticking,fast resistance increase,and high energy consumption.Based on the effectiveness of metal filter cartridges in the non-ferrous industry,their application in dry dust removal in cold rolling mills has been explored,and good results have been achieved.
